Rental Registration: September 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026
- Rental Registration Housing Fee is $236.54 per unit for 2026-2027 fiscal year
- 2.50% is the Annual General Adjustment effective October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027
- Late Fees: A 7-day grace period is provided through November 7, 2026, for which no late fees will accrue.
