F.A.A. is a nonprofit trade association providing information, education, advocacy and services for rental property owners in the San Gabriel Valley and Foothill Communities.
Our office is located at 596 N. Lake Ave., suite 204, Pasadena, CA 91101.
We’re open Monday through Thursday 9am-5pm (closed 12-1:30 for lunch)
and 9am-3pm Fridays.

How much does it cost to join the FAA?
Annual dues: $165.00 basic dues, plus $3.00 per unit
